The location was very accessible, especially with multiple transportation options. the room had several amenities and a nice balcony. check-in and check-out were easy. It was automated. it really was a great experience.

the air conditioning was ineffective. the room became very hot. a portable solution required an open window, and it was hard to position. it wasn't effective when the outside temperature was high.

the "large studio kitchen" was spacious. it had a great kitchen. we cooked pasta and breakfast. the washing machine app allowed reservations. it also had payment options. it even sent notifications upon completion!

the air conditioning felt ineffective, and the room reached unhealthy temperatures.

totally awesome stay!

the location really rocks, like, super close to everything i wanted to see! checking in was a total breeze, i just used the code and boom, i was in. leaving my bags before and after checkin? piece of cake! the balcony was nice, i bet it is way more awesome when it isnt so cold.

the microwave was a little tricky to figure out, it reminded me of i needed a manual or something!

my room was very spacious with big windows and tons of natural light. the furniture was comfy and modern. i had plenty of closet space. the shower was excellent, with a bunch of extra fluffy towels!

the helpline was so quick when i needed them, they always answered right away. it was like they were always on standby to help, which i really liked. they answer any question fast, you know.

the location was good enough for getting around, and the room felt secure, thats fine.

the room was not the cleanest, and i noticed a lack of toilet paper. the ac didnt work well, the room got very hot from the sun. there were signs about additional fees like a 2500€ charge if the fire department came because of cooking, it did not felt cute.

the location was superb. i found it very easy to reach many attractions. the apartment itself was also a good size. it had everything i needed for my short stay.

the room cleanliness could improve. i noticed some areas needed better attention. also, i had trouble with the air conditioning system. it did not seem to function correctly.
